Return & Exchange Policy for Hoodies
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to exchange your hoodie for a different size. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Size Change:
- We allow exchanges for size changes only.
- The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the hoodie.
2. Condition of the Hoodie:
- The hoodie must be returned in its original mint condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or use.
- All original hangtags must remain attached.
3. Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the hoodie to our Hamilton location for the exchange.
- Once the returned hoodie is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new size.
4. Important Notes:
- Exchanges will only be processed if the above conditions are met.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
